Orchestra members can obtain tickets at orchestral rehearsal evenings.

Reminder for booking the Club Members can reserve the Hall for a maximum of three sessions in advance of up to 2 hours per day. The booked time must not exceed 5 hours in any 7 day period. For club concert rehearsals members with non-members are allowed to book the Club for a maximum of 5 sessions. Please let me know if you cannot make your booking as recently I have been to the Club and found that some members are not taking up their booked time.

Sue Burdock has asked me to remind members that she is still accepting unwanted music which can then be put out for sale on Club evenings and the money raised goes towards the upkeep of the pianos. This has been a very successful way of helping with these costs.

I hope that you have all had a good Summer break. Enclosed is the Autumn programme. There are some really excellent programmes on offer and they begin again on Tuesday 13th September. Pianists please note the piano concert evenings. I would love to see you there supporting these soloists.

Best wishes,

Bob Pinniger
